LESLEY MACKAY HUNTER, CCE

Lesley is an award winning feature film and television editor who has worked almost exclusively in animation – a medium she loves! The CCE letters are recognition of the highest achievement within the Canadian editing industry, where she is known for taking projects from concept to completion. Lesley has spent over 20 years making people laugh and touching their hearts, while using her unconventional background in stage performance and education to enhance her storytelling techniques.

As a Toronto based aspiring comedian, scuba diver and traveler, she has worked with studios from around the globe. Lesley has acquired multiple degrees and diplomas and has a talent for pulling from both academic and real life lessons to help companies grow.

As a highly sought-after film editor, Lesley has been a keynote speaker to studios, organizations and conferences. She has taken her skill of teaching other creative professionals to excel, and adapted her system for the corporate world. She has a soft spot for those who “don’t think they’re creative” and takes great joy in proving them wrong!
